SR22 Insurance
You will be required to file an sr22 form with the state where your violation conviction occurred. The state will require you to carry at least the minimum liability limits for the duration of the sr22 form filing requirement. An SR22 is a form is attached to your auto insurance which shows financial responsibility to the state. If the policy is canceled the state will be notified via an SR26 form.
